Second Coast — my book

All my life I have known and loved the landscape of this unique part of Scotland. I spent summers with my Gaelic speaking Grandmother, and her and my mother filled my head with local stores & folklore. The need to write this book was triggered by the sudden death of my brother, and I felt the need to relate the stories we grew up with, and here they are combined with my photography of this beautiful landscape which I have been shooting for more years than I care to remember. This book is dedicated to my brother, Dr Iain White, loved by his family and his so many patients.
